We do hope when you receive your parcel you are happy but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to let us know.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return and the original shipping fee paid for the order.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 72 hours of receiving the parcel at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We do not accept returns for personalised or custom-made items.
You're refund will be processed once we have received the item and we are happy with the condition it has been sent back in. In the case of the items being returned used, broken or damaged because of the way it was packaged a refund will not be given so please wrap the item up securely to avoid breakages in transit.
