Frequently asked questions

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

I have returned my order, when can I expect my refund?
Providing the item has been sent back undamaged and unused, your refund will usually be processed within 1-2 days of us receiving the item. (This excludes holidays and weekends) Please note, it may take another couple of days for this to show in your account.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on which service you have chosen domestic parcels (UK) can take anything up to 2-5 days to arrive. 

International orders up to 2 weeks and Europe up to 1 week. 

Please note these are rough estimates and may take longer during busier periods.

I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled providing it hasn't been dispatched yet. Orders are usually packed within 24 hours and shipped within 72 hours.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide and try to cover as many countries as possible! If you would like to know if we ship to you please get in touch and we will let you know asap if we ship to you.

Can I change my shipping address?
Please get in touch as soon as possible if you would like to change your shipping address. Providing the item has not been shipped we can alter this for you. If the item has been shipped we are unable to do so and are not responsible for any extra charges to re send the item.
