MARKED DOWN DUE TO: the gold lustre application. The glaze was applied too thickly to the heart causing it to retract in some areas during the firing. This has caused a few small dips on the inside edge of the heart. Because of this, the lustre that has been applied to the area where the glaze has retracted, isn't as shiny. There is also a small flat surface on the front of the vase- only noticeable in certain lighting. (Images 3-9)
This Big Bellied Bud Vase is our most popular vase. Simple yet stylish, paired with some beautiful flowers, dried or fresh, it's sure to brighten up any area of your chosen space. Most frequently brought on Christmas, anniversaries and birthdays. It makes the perfect gift.
This vase is one the first pieces made as part of the Sejal Ceramics collection and it's proven to be popular time after time. Handcrafted from porcelain, this vase is great for a collection of both dried or fresh flowers. Each vase is taken through atleast nine stages. From casting, cleaning and glazing, each step is just as important as the next. Every heart is carefully stamped (with our very own handmade stamp) and hand painted with gold lustre. Once all stages are complete the vase is then carefully hand polished for a smooth matte finish, giving it a silky, soft feel.
The inside of the vase is glazed to ensure it can hold water for fresh flowers. Flowers not included.
PLEASE NOTE: Vase colour can appear darker or lighter on different devices and in reality under different lighting.

Care:
- All vases can be washed with warm water. Please refrain from using a hard sponge as this may damage the finish.

Packaging
At Sejal Ceramics we try to re-use packaging from previous deliveries to protect your new handmade piece, all whilst keeping the planet in mind. Over time, our aim is to phase out bubble wrap and plastic tape, but you might see this arrive with your order, as we’re using up what we have left.
Soon, we’ll start to introduce more sustainable packaging and protection, but until then, please support us by checking your packaging and recycling it in the right way. Every piece comes wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with a branded sticker.
Shipping
We aim to process every order within 1-3 working days after receiving your order email confirmation. This excludes weekends and holidays.
Domestic shipping- Signature required
1st Class aims to deliver the next working day
2nd Class aims to deliver between 2-3 working days
International Shipping- Tracked and Signed aims to deliver within 7 days.

Care Instructions
- Pieces without ribbon, twine or paper roses can be washed with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Please refrain from using a hard sponge as this can damage the finish, especially on the gold lustre heart.
- Handle all ceramic items with care as they are fragile and may break if you drop them on a hard surface.
- Keep pieces with ribbon or paper roses away from direct sunlight as they can fade in the sun.
- Handle ceramics with dry clean hands to avoid ruining the soft matte finish.
