Things to know BEFORE purchasing: 

- Personalised orders are non-refundable
- Please email your custom message or name to customorders@sejalceramics.com for approval. Please also provide your full name and delivery address which you'll use when placing your order. Once approved you can go ahead and place your order.
- Maximum number of lines is 3.
- Maximum number of characters per line is 9. This includes spaces between words.

- All letters will be lowercase.
- Text will be placed in a way that works best for placement. As each letter is individually stamped text will not be in a perfect straight line.
- Lettering may appear slightly darker or lighter in areas due to the technique used to fill in the letter.
- With ceramics there's always a chance things can go wrong in the final firing. This rarely happens, but if it does, we will contact you and need extra time to remake the bauble.
- Baubles will take between 4-5 weeks to be made. Your order will then be processed in line with our current process and delivery times.

This personalised Christmas ornament is the perfect gift for someone special. Be it a gift for Christmas in their new home or baby's first Christmas, whatever the occasion, this handmade, delicate, bauble is unique and a great addition to any tree. Every bauble is carefully handmade and handled as it’s taken through each process, before being sent to it’s new home. Perfect around Christmas time for trees and decoration around the home, bringing a little elegance to any living space.

From rolling out porcelain, to cutting, cleaning up and polishing, every step of making is handled with the utmost love and care. Every letter is hand stamped and filled with stain. The bauble is embossed with our very own handmade stamps which is then carefully hand painted with gold lustre. After going through it's 13 stages, it's finally ready to be hand polished for a smooth, matte, silky finish. Gold ribbon is then added and sealed for hanging.

As each bauble is handmade please allow for slight variations. Due to the nature of being handmade the bauble may not be perfectly round. Please keep in mind the bauble is ceramic, and will therefore have some weight to it. Baubles which are placed on the tree may need extra support.

Care:
- All baubles can be washed or wiped with warm water making sure no water contact is made with the ribbon. Please refrain from using a hard sponge as this may damage the finish, especially on the gold lustre heart.
- Please handle all ceramic items with care as they are fragile and may break if you drop them on a hard surface.
