Things to know BEFORE purchasing: 

- Personalised orders are non-refundable.
- Please email your custom name to customorders@sejalceramics.com for approval. Please also provide your full name and delivery address which you'll use when placing your order. Once approved you can go ahead and place your order.
- Maximum number of characters is 8
- The motif will be placed under the text. 

- All letters will be lowercase.
- As each letter is individually stamped text may not be in a perfect straight line.
- Lettering may appear slightly darker or lighter in areas due to the technique used to fill in the letter.
- With ceramics there's always a chance something can go wrong in the final firing. This rarely happens, but if it does, we will contact you and need extra time to remake the bauble.
- Baubles will take between 4-5 weeks to be made. Your order will then be processed in line with our current process and delivery times.

This small personalised Christmas bauble is the perfect gift for someone special. Be it a gift for Christmas in their new home or baby's first Christmas, whatever the occasion, this handmade, delicate, bauble is a unique and great addition to any tree. Every bauble is carefully handmade and handled as it’s taken through each process, before being sent to it’s new home. Perfect for Christmas trees and decoration around the home, bringing a little elegance to any living space.

From casting, to cleaning up and hand polishing, every step of making is handled with the utmost love and care. Every bauble is embossed with our very own handmade stamp which is then carefully hand painted with gold lustre. After going through it's 11 stages, it's finally ready to be hand polished for a smooth, matte, silky finish. Gold ribbon is then added and sealed for hanging.

Please keep in mind, although the item is hollow, it is ceramic, and will therefore have some weight to it. Baubles which are placed on the tree may need extra support. The top opening is open to allow heat to escape during the firing process and to also allow threading of the ribbon.

Please note, due to being handmade the bauble may not be perfectly round.

 Care:

- All baubles can be washed or wiped with warm water making sure no water contact is made with the ribbon. Please refrain from using a hard sponge as this may damage the finish, especially on the gold lustre heart.
- Please handle all ceramic items with care as they are fragile and may break if you drop them on a hard surface.
